Went out this weekend for the first time in a couple of months. I've been hearing stories and I think they're true. The fish seem to be bigger, stronger, and a lot more aggressive. Kathey and I caught 30 in a few hours on white river zig jigs and cleos and even the 14 inchers thought they were 3 pounds or better. Here's to hitting the water a lot more the rest of this year.

Dale Land put it best in his post this morning. Kathey and I just wanted to share what an awesome friends trip looks like at The Escape.
The only bad thing about having an excursion like this is when everybody has to go home. If I would've known they were going to feed me like this, I would've made sure they stayed for a week. Kathey and I can't wait to do this again and want you to know we love all you guys .

I can't believe more people haven't done this by now. Awesome way to keep up with what the river looks like right now. This might be my new favorite TV channel.

We definitely get to see some pretty cool things here, but every once in a while, you walk out your front door and something just takes your breath away.
