It is an honor to open my home to guests who have an appreciation for the beauty of Nature and the Art of man. You will be surrounded by both.

Your room is an Artists Studio turned Bedroom. The view allows you to see stars at night and lots of Gods creatures during the day. Breakfast on the deck overlooking the town of Livinston Manor, is the perfect place to restore the soul, and inspire the imagination.

My love of cooking will offer you home made treats, both familar and new, to pleasure your taste buds. Its my desire to give you a place where, when you leave, your thoughts will be on planning your return.
