If you haven't been over to the Northeast Historical Society Museum look it up and check it out. It's super easy to become a member and if you are part of the Northeast Community your support means a lot to them. If you're looking for a good cause to support during the holidays stop over there or get a hold of them and become a member before the end of the year.

It was a no-brainer to join the Northeast Historical Society when I purchased 59 West Main Street last year they were able to help do some research and support me with rehabbing one of the historical buildings in the community. As far as we can tell 59 West Main Street will be turning 100 years old this year and we are also planning on completing phase one of our project this year so it'll be the perfect centennial celebration🎉

When you are up on a Saturday morning at 5 am it must be for something exciting!!!

Working on some cool combinations for my switches and Outlets. My North East project I've been designing with a Black and White theme and I decided to carry that throughout the interior as well.

I have seen these switches in a few extremely high-end reviews done on different vacation rentals and very high-end custom homes.

So far just handling them and unboxing they are definitely A step above any other outlets I've worked with or seen metal housings, very nice flow and click to the switch and the one thing I was really interested in is that every piece is individual so I could create some custom looks as shown in the pictures above.

As a side note my development company Vision Property Development will be offering installation, design and sales of this brand.

If you're looking for that added Extra Touch of something extremely high-end or something designed extremely creative this might be a product you'd be interested in send me a message and come check out one of the projects that I'm using them on or some of the once I have in stock.

Recap of today's demo. Also got the site flagged and know where all the utilities are so we can start doing some exterior work and adjusting our designs for the all new utility runs.
