Burch Farms was one of those places I kept hearing about, but somehow had never visited.
After finally stopping in, I can see why so many people recommend it.
What surprised me most was how family-friendly it is. Kids can grab a slushie, giant cookie, cupcake, brownie, or other homemade treat.
Adults can browse the wines, enjoy a tasting, sample a wine slushie, or shop for fresh produce, pies, candles, jams, and other local products.
It feels less like a winery and more like one of those places where you can spend an hour wandering around and somehow leave with a pie, a bottle of wine, and a few things you didn’t plan on buying.
If you’ve never been, their Strawberry Festival is coming up June 27-28. They’ll have strawberry treats, wine tastings, picnic lunches with orchard and lake views, live music, fresh strawberries, and strawberry wine.
Have you been to Burch Farms Country Market and Winery? What’s your favorite thing to get there? 🍓
