Please join us in congratulating Joy Shade on being named Employee of the Month for March!
Joy has been a valued member of the hotel team since October 2023 and has served as Executive Assistant since November 2025. During the month of March, she went above and beyond her already full workload by stepping in to support the Sales team while they were without an administrative assistant.
Joy willingly took on additional responsibilities, including assisting with billing, entering rooming lists, and preparing weekly reports for sales meetings. Her positive attitude and dedication made a meaningful difference during a particularly busy time for the department.
