North Myrtle Beach oceanfront condo Ocean Front North Myrtle Beach Condo. We only rent to family and friends. During the summer we rent Saturday to Saturday only. Condo 305 has two flat screen TV’s.

We now have two North Myrtle beach oceanfront condos - one that sleeps seven (1 bath) and one that sleeps four 2 baths)! Summer rental rate is $1075.00 for unit 306 and $1000.00 for u it 305

There is a 50% deposit due at booking and is fully refundable as long as your reservation is cancelled within 30 days of your arrival week. Spring, Fall & winter rates vary so please call for a quote. Each c

ondo has two balconies for you to enjoy the view of the sand and sea! If you enjoy staying in either units has a fully equipped kitchen which includes all dishes, pots & pans, silverware, blender, coffee pot, crockpot, cooking utensils, can opener, wine opener, dishwasher, etc. Condo 306 has two flat screen TV's with DVD players. There is a Lending library and board games in Condo 306. Both units have an Iron/Ironing board and hair dryer. All bedding and towels are included - you just need to bring your sunscreen and beach towels! Free Wi-Fi for the building. Before you leave you must replace any supplies you used - soaps, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Remove all trash & food from the condo (trash dumpster is by the street). All dirty linen is to be left by the washing machine for the maid service that comes at the end of your stay. Start the dishwasher will any dirty dishes prior to your departure, please.

We are now booking our 2023 season. As a reminder we only rent to people we know personally, our units are both NON-Smoking, no pets allowed, no golf carts are allowed and each unit comes with one parking spot.

Unit 306: One King bed, Queen sleeper Sofa, Single sofa chair, Loft queen bedroom, 1 full bath, fully equipped kitchen, laundry area and 2 Balconies overlooking the ocean.
