Well, it’s done! The house has been restored. For those of you who don’t know, about 5 weeks ago, a water pipe burst on the 3rd floor. There was so much water, it broke through all three floors—all the way to the parking area under the house.

For the past few weeks, we installed new carpeting, new ceilings, lighting, ceiling fans, furniture, solid hardwood floors, tile, and so much more!! We spent the last 48 hours decorating and prepping for our summer rentals that begin tomorrow. Hope you enjoy it this summer.
