Beachwalk Villas 107 Beachwalk Villas #103 is a vacation rental in Cherry Grove, part of the North Myrtle Beach community We're the McMillans from Durham, NC.

Carl, Christine, Luke (11) and Matthew (6) are all beach lovers. We purchased this condo in 2016. Carl grew up going to North Myrtle Beach, where his grandfather had a beach place. Christine grew up going to Ocean City, MD, where her family had an extensive annual family reunion. Family is so important to us, and we purchased this place so that our family could have a great place to go to visit wi

th us. We rented this unit from the previous owner when we started our house hunting, and after a lengthy tour of various properties for sale, we sat down and Christine said, you know, THIS place is the kind of place that we're really looking for! And through some great fortune, the previous owner agreed to sell! We couldn't be happier... and please rest assured that we will do everything we can to make your stay as carefree and happy as possible! We try to buy the same quality things for our beach place that we buy for home use. Hopefully you'll agree that our property is indeed "well-appointed"! If there is anything you find that would make your stay even better, please let us know!

Hi everyone! As most of you know, we have been transitioning from unit 103 to 107, and yesterday we closed on the sale of 103. As part of this, we are exiting the rental market, and will no longer be sharing our condo with you.
The new owner of 103 is planning to rent from my understanding, and I would be happy to pass along any information if you need me to.
In the meantime, I will be keeping 107, and will continue to post and share here as the mood strikes. Thank you for all of your years of friendship and support, and I look forward to sharing our home at the beach from a different perspective! ļæ¼
