From swim-up pool bars, to relaxing lounging pools, you’ll find yourself relaxing in clear cool water and forget that the beautiful Atlantic ocean is just steps away. Our beach house is located a one-minute walk to 21 Main Prime Steakhouse as well as world-class Cinzia Spa offering some of the best spas in the eastern US, along with Barefoot Landing Outdoor Plaza all within short walking distance (across street) or drive. Several restaurants are also a few minute walking distance (Nacho Hippo, Long Horn, burger and coffee/icecream shops). A convenient complimentary shuttle is available to get you where you need to go throughout the Beach Villa property - just a call away! Our townhome is complete with all necessities needed to make your family feel right at home. Soft clean linens, fully-stocked updated kitchen, child-friendly cutlery and dishes, cable TV in both bedrooms, PacMan arcade games, baby bath and seat, and a pack-and-play for the little ones. You’ll also have everything needed for your time at the beach, just a quick 10-minute stroll through the community away -beach towels, chairs, and sand toys!

Ever been to Broadway at the Beach?! It’s SO fun for the entire family - and packed with shops & eats!

Barefoot Landing is the quieter, less flashy counterpart to Broadway at the Beach.

The outdoor shopping and entertainment has many of the same shops, like the Savannah Bee Company and The Pepper Place, but offer different forms of amusement. Broadway at the Beach has theme park rides and high-speed boats, while Barefoot Landing offers Alligator Adventure and the House of Blues.
