MARITIME OWNERS:
As we begin our busiest time of year, a few important reminders:

1. You own a deeded week number, not a time of year. Example, you do not own the second week of June, July 4th week, Fall S**g week, Thanksgiving, etc... You own a week number and your week is when those dates fall on the Maritime calendar for the given year.

2. We ONLY follow the Maritime calendar, for our dates. We send this out multiple times in the year, in advance of the year, and post it on this page frequently. We also send owner week confirmations, so that you have a record of your dates. If you still show up on the wrong dates, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate you. We do not follow the RCI calendar or anything that you see on Google or other websites.

3. If you list your week for rent with us, you cannot list it as available for rent on private Facebook groups, or rent/give it away otherwise. When you list it with us, you sign an exclusive right to rent agreement. If we rent it and you rent it, then we have a big problem, and there are going to be multiple unhappy people. Please help keep the peace.

4. You have usage options for your week, but you can only pick one. You can Use It; Rent it Privately; List it for rent with us; Deposit with an exchange company; Allow someone else to use it; or leave it sit empty. You only pay one maintenance fee per week, so you can only choose one way to use it. As an example, you cannot deposit the week with an exchange company then rent it out privately.

5. If you choose to rent your week privately, or rent from someone privately, those transactions are completely private between you and that individual. The resort is not and can not be held liable for listings and transactions that occur outside of our business.

Please help us, help you. From now until mid-September, we run at or near 100% occupancy, so there is very little wiggle room to accommodate errors. We want everyone to have a great vacation but having to turn people away because of errors that are not our own, is not enjoyable and puts the staff in a difficult position, especially at 4:00 on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon. Please do your due diligence to be sure that you yourself are informed correctly, and that you are informing others correctly.

Maritime Beach Club wants to celebrate, honor and remember all who have served, all who have sacrificed and all who have given. The United States of America will be celebrating 250 years. When you visit us sign our flag and show your love and appreciation for our Country.

MARITIME OWNERS: If you are not using your week yourself, and instead have rented it out privately, or are allowing family/friends to use it, PLEASE be sure to send us your guest information BEFORE the start date of your week.

Do not send your guest with a piece of paper or form for them to provide at check-in.
We need to ensure that we are receiving information directly from the owner(s) and can update the guest information prior to arrival.

Please help us avoid delays during the busy check in time by sending this information before. Saturdays & Sundays are very busy and we do our best to make the check in process as efficient as possible.

If you didn't know... a few things to keep in mind if you visit with us May-October.

🐢 🌊Sea Turtle Nesting Season in North Myrtle Beach 🌊🐢

From May through October, Sea Turtles return to our beaches to nest and soon after, tiny hatchlings make their way to the ocean. It is one of nature’s most incredible sights, and we all play a role in protecting it.

If you see a nest or hatchlings:
❌Do not touch, disturb, or shine lights on them
❌Never try to help hatchlings to the water - They need to crawl naturally to imprint on their beach
✅Call the North Myrtle Beach Sea Turtle Patrol at (843) 213-9074

Lights Matter: Artificial lighting can disorient hatchlings and lead them away from the ocean.
💡Turn off beach-facing lights by 10 PM
💡Use red lighting instead of white when necessary
💡Close drapes/curtains at night

Local volunteers help protect and monitor nests under state guidance to ensure hatchlings have the best chance of survival.

Let’s do our part to keep our beaches dark at night, safe, and welcoming for these incredible reptiles!

Sea Turtles are among the largest reptiles in the world and inhabit almost every ocean! Sea Turtles are cold-blooded, breathe air, lay eggs, and deposit their eggs on dry, sandy beaches. There are seven species of Sea Turtles in the world. They are the Loggerhead, Kemp's Ridley, Greens, Leatherback, Australian Flatback, Hawksbill, and Olive Ridley.
