#3105 OCEAN KEYES:

Looking for a vacation getaway with all the upgrades? Our first floor condominium is located in the gated community of Ocean Keyes in North Myrtle Beach. Here are some additional photos and useful information about our condo. Note the site plan and location of building #31 in relation to the pools and beach. The development is gated and is located at 601 Hillside Drive North in North Myrtle Beach. It is located in the Ocean Drive Section of North Myrtle Beach. The beach is easily accessible through the back gate at Ocean Keyes which is only 2 blocks from the ocean and located on Hillside Drive at 6th Avenue North. The condo itself is a 4 to 5 minute walk to the beach. Also, it’s a short walk to all that Main Street has to offer. The condo has two bedrooms, two full baths and offers a pool view. The luxurious unit is furnished with granite countertops, nine foot ceilings, crown molding, upgraded furniture, custom paint, Berber carpet, and a screened patio with furniture. The condo is a 2 bedroom and 2 bath unit with a pool view. It easily sleeps 6 (4 adults and 2 children.) Beds include a King, a Queen and a Queen Sleeper Sofa. Each Bedroom has flat screen HD TV. The guest bedroom has a DVD player. The living room has a new 65” 4k LCD TV with cable and a Blu-ray DVD player. We provide HD cable boxes in the living room, master bedroom and guest bedroom. The HD cable boxes gives you 100's of channels including "Prime Time On Demand" which allows you to keep up with you favorite shows even while on vacation. Multiple channels of SHOWTIME is also provided. There is a screened porch with a table and 4 chairs. There is also a portable crib and removable bed rails for the queen bed or sleeper sofa. Located in Building #31, you back to a pool complete with a hot tub, kiddie pool, and the fitness center. It's a short walk to the beach, or you may drive and park in one of the paid parking lots located along Ocean Drive. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa, a new 65” Sony 4k LCD TV, and a DVD player. There is also a new full sized HE washer and dryer in the Condominium as well as an iron and ironing board. The kitchen features granite countertops and is fully equipped with a smooth-top range/oven, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, toaster, pot and pans, plates, glasses, utensils, etc. You will need to bring bed linens (sheets, pillowcases and blankets), kitchen towels, bath towels and beach towels. The master suite comes with a king bed, a 40” HD Flatscreen TV and DVD player, a large walk-in closet, a ceiling fan, and a luxurious bath with tile flooring and a six foot tub/shower combination. The second bedroom features a queen bed, 32” HD Flatscreen TV with DVD player, a spacious closet, and a full bath with tile flooring. If you have small children, we have a crib, a high chair, a pack-n-play that can be taken to the pool if needed, and a toy box for the kids. We also provide 4 beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, a cooler for the beach, and beach toys for the kids to enjoy. Ocean Keyes features 6 swimming pools, 4 kiddie pools, 6 hot tubs, a fitness center, and a recreation room with a wall-mounted TV, Free Wi-Fi, card tables, a pool table and a ping pong table. There are barbecue areas with gas grills, picnic tables, walking paths throughout the community, and a large lake. Ocean Keyes is also connected to the city wide bike path system. Ocean Keyes heats one of the pools beginning around April 1st each year. It is also heated each fall depending on the weather. The Myrtle Beach area features nearly 100 golf courses, restaurants, miniature golf courses, theaters, as well as some of the best shopping on the east coast including Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets, Colonial Mall, Broadway at the Beach, and the Coastal Grand Mall. Some of the most popular attractions include Barefoot Landing, The Oceanfront Boardwalk, Alabama Theater, Pirates Voyage, Wonder Works, Carolina Opry, The House of Blues, The Palace Theatre at Broadway at the Beach, Ripley's Aquarium, Celebrity Square, Hard Rock Cafe, Various Night Clubs, and more. We own 2 condos at Ocean Keyes. Gated community in the Ocean Drive section of N Myrtle Beach.. The entrance to Ocean Keyes is ONE BLOCK from the beach.

6 Swimming pools, 6 hot tubs, 4 kiddie pools, tennis court, 2 pickleball courts, large well equipped fitness center, rec room with pool table, ping-pong table, wall mounted TV and card table. Gas grills throughout the community for your use.

Both condos are kid friendly. There is a pack-n-play, high chair and toy box. Both condos are 2 bedroom 2 bath. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the guest bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa. We added a twin XL (same length as a queen bed) in the guest bedroom at 3105 Ocean Keyes which is our ground floor. That guest bedroom now sleep 3 adults. Both condos also have a full size washer and dryer.

Lots of upgrades in 1734 Ocean Keyes which is our personal condo: Plantation shutters, stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, taller comfort height vanity and jetted tub in the master bath, and tile floors in the kitchen and baths.

Toiletries are provided for all nightly and weekly rentals. Toiletries Includes: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, Saran Wrap, aluminum foil, sandwich baggies, and hand soap for the bathrooms & kitchen.

Beach and pool gear is provided including beach chairs, boogie boards, pool noodles, a beach cooler, along with sand buckets and shovels for the beach.

Linens are available or you can bring your own and save $$$.

Ocean Keyes is a short walk to Main Street where you will find several restaurants, shopping, entertainment and nightlife for all ages. There’s even a classic arcade on Ocean Blvd and carnival rides during the summer months.

We own 2 condos at Ocean Keyes.. Gated community in the Ocean Drive section of N Myrtle Beach.. The entrance to Ocean Keyes is ONE BLOCK from the beach…

6 Swimming pools, 6 hot tubs, 4 kiddie pools, 2 tennis courts with pickleball, large well equipped fitness center, rec room with pool table, ping-pong table, wall mounted TV and card table. Gas grills throughout the community for your use.

Both condos are kid friendly and come with a pack-n-play, high chair and toy box. Both condos are 2 bedroom 2 bath. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the guest bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa. We added a twin XL (same length as a queen bed) in the guest bedroom at 3105 Ocean Keyes which is our ground floor. That guest bedroom now sleep 3 adults. Both condos also have a full size washer and dryer.

Lots of upgrades in 1734 Ocean Keyes which is our personal condo: Plantation shutters, stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, taller comfort height vanities in both bathrooms, jetted tub in the master bath, and tile floors in the kitchen and baths.

Toiletries are provided for all nightly and weekly rentals. Toiletries Includes: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, Saran Wrap, aluminum foil, sandwich baggies, and hand soap for the bathrooms & kitchen..

Beach and pool gear is provided including beach chairs, boogie boards, pool noodles, a beach cooler, along with sand buckets and shovels for the beach.

Linens are available or you can bring your own and save $$$…..

Ocean Keyes is a short walk to Main Street where you will find several restaurants, shopping, entertainment and nightlife for all ages. There’s even a classic arcade on Ocean Blvd.

North Myrtle Beach is also home to the “Shag” which is the official dance of South Carolina. You can hit the dance floor at Fat Harolds, Duck’s, The Spanish Galleon, OD Pavilion, and Pirate’s Cove.. All are located along Main Street and Ocean Blvd. .

Ocean Keyes is a gated community located in the Ocean Drive section of N. Myrtle Beach. 6 swimming pools, 4 kiddie pools, 6 hot tubs, 2 tennis courts ( one is marked for pickle ball). Large well-equipped fitness center and a recreation room with billiards table, ping pong, a card table, and a wall mounted TV.

We also have a golf cart that can be added to make getting back and forth to the beach fun and super easy. Having our golf cart also allows you to park in the city owned lots along Ocean Blvd for FREE. Otherwise the city charges $4.00 / hour to park in their lots.
