Thinking about booking for Christmas or New Year's? Probably not because it's July... but now's the time!

Clubhouse on 18th is the perfect place for the family to spread out, cook a feast, open gifts, and with room for everyone to stay in one place together. No rushing to clean your house, no scattering the crew across hotel rooms... We even do the decorating! That means more time and space to simply make memories together!

6 bedrooms (sleeps 14)
2.5 bathrooms
HUGE dining table
2 stovetops, 2 refrigerators, and a well stocked kitchen

Please note: we do have a 3 night booking minimum, but once our weekend bookings fill in for December and January, we will often open up single day rentals in between for work parties, etc.

Thanksgiving week is already booked. Don't sleep on getting your Christmas plans reserved!

Been curious to check the place out? We will be hosting a massage pop up day at Clubhouse on 18th this Friday (All massage spots have been filled!) BUT we've decided to open the place up for an open house during that time frame as well!

If you've been wanting to scope out Clubhouse on 18th for family coming into town, reunions, grad parties, etc. (or if you just want to be nosy!) stop by that day to check us out! We'll have some snacks and drinks on hand and be available to show you around, answer questions, and check any dates for availability.

A quick recap:

Dining space for 18+
Lots to do and space to spread out for the whole crew!

A dining room and kitchen that are simply meant for hosting! We've done our best to think of it all - pots and pans, blender, air fryer, crockpot, griddle, serving dishes, mixing bowls, tupperware, beverage dispensers, serving platters, cake stands, placemats, kids dishes, ice cream scoops, pizza pan, and the list goes on!

We're calling this room the Poppy room. The perfect space to make memories! It comes equipped with a twin bed, toys, game table, books, board games, magnet wall, and even has a pack 'n' play in the closet! Fun fact: all of the artwork in this room is created by the homeowner.

The Birdie room is always a favorite for the kids. Although we know plenty of grown ups who have tried out that top bunk...
