This post is for those hard-working families who think they don't have the time to spend a whole week at the beach for the 4th of July holiday. I want to make 2 families happy by offerring Jane's Retreat for 2 half-week periods at a big discount. Normally $2975 for the week, I will offer Friday, June 27 through Wednesday, July 1st AND Wednesday, July 1st through Sunday, July 5th for only $1200/each. Or take the whole week - I'm flexible. Jane's Retreat is a lovely, well-appointed 3-bedroom condo at Topsail Dunes in North Topsail Beach. As a first floor end unit with a private screened porch and large ocean-side deck, our condo feels like a beach house but with the convenience of single-level living. Relax with the whole family in the expansive living and dining area with ocean views through floor-to-ceiling windows. Two of the bedrooms as well as the screened porch offer unobstructed sound views. Easy beach access is just 4 doors down the exterior hallway and a large community pool is just next door. Towels, bed linens, and beach chairs are included. Cleaning is an additional $200 payable at the end of your stay. Sleeps up to 6 very comfortably, max occupancy 8 using the sofa beds. Sorry, no pets.

Our well-stocked kitchen has everything you need from stainless steel cookware to spices. Linens, towels, beach chairs, even a cooler on wheels are all there for you. Fall is a wonderful time of year on Topsail Island. We were here a couple of weeks ago - 80+ degree days and saw lots of migrating butterflies and a couple of hummingbirds. I'm here right now and the water is warm, the fish are biting, and the crabs are crawling. Come enjoy the final warm days of the year at Jane's Retreat available now through Nov 21st.

June is usually $375/night or $2250/week. I will discount to $1850/week. July is normally $425/night or $2550/week. Book now for $2200/week. August is normally $400/night or $2400/week. Took a few pictures of the exterior of our condo in NTB over Easter break. Spent the week cleaning and upgrading the outdoor furniture. We have two new Telescope brand barstools and a loveseat glider.

Ive got a few new pictures of Jane'sRetreat. These show all the wonderful sunlight that floods our home. We still have the coveted week of July 4th available. Same price as last year - $425/night in July, $375/night in June, and $400/night the 1st 3 weeks of August. As always, stay for 6 nights and the 7th is free.
