-No pets allowed - The unit does not have central air. There are lots of tidal pools and shells.

It does have 2 brand new portable air conditioners.
- Bring your own bedding and towels.
- There are 2 laundry facilities on the property.
- The beach in front of our property is not accessible during high tide times due to beach erosion.
- We LOVE going to explore the area at the point! It’s also a great place for bird watching!
- Camp Geiger is just a couple of miles away. You will frequently see helicopters and ospreys flying overhead.

We had a booking cancel at our condo! The available dates are August 18-26.
We have a 3 night minimum.
We provide linens and cleaning before and after your stay!
Come and enjoy our piece of paradise! The ocean breeze feels so good! There’s hardly anyone on the beach, and the shells and shark teeth are plentiful!

Eight concrete towers that were built for a government mission are now conspicuous landmarks on Topsail Island. Some are symbols of the Cold War. Others have found a new purpose: as vacation homes.
