Hi everyone! Just letting you all know we will be changing rental agencies next month. Don’t have full details yet but will update as soon as we do!

We worked well with Treasure but they decided to sell their rental portion and the new company is very large and international which we prefer to use a local company. We also found out their fees are crazy high and we don’t feel that is what we want for our renters. Treasure removed our house from the site already but we will let you know when the new one is up and running! 🙏💙

Awesome day this morning, woke up to this sunrise !!

Well today is our first day of our maintenance weeks. We are doing something real special, remodeling the two 1st floor bathrooms, ripping out the shower alcove and tub also. Today is sort of fun, it’s DEMO DAY!! A day were we get to be destructive and consider it a success, lol. I’m sure Barbara will be posting pics as we go. We have some cool tile and flooring going in. I just can’t wait till it’s finished!

Our friends just arrived at the house after Dorian. They have told us that there is no damage to the house or the beach access, very cool! Pics tomorrow! Rumor is that Dorian put back some of the beach that Flo washed away!

As it turns out, we have one week open for renting our beach house on North Topsail Beach, original price was $2,799 and we reduced the June 8th to $2,399. However, to get someone to enjoy the beach that week, we are offering a further 10 percent reduction to 2,159. Please reach out to us, via our “Followin’ the Son”, Facebook group. We can coordinate your special price with the Rental Agency.
