Our gorgeous beach is open! The Flip Flip Inn and Pearl by the Sea have great weeks available. You’ll find the kitchen equipped “just like home”, beach chairs, w/ pool,tennis or pickle ball nearby, and everything you need! Just bring yourself! You’ll experience a great getaway sitting on the beach or deck, enjoying cool ocean breezes. For some great seafood, head to Riverview Cafe for the best hushpuppies and homemade pie in the area.. Holidays have come and gone. New Year arrives although in no time at all spring and warm weather will be here and our gorgeous beach awaits. Today is the annual "book direct" education day. By booking direct you avoid worthless fees that Online Travel Agencies such as Expedia (owns Vrbo and HA) or Airbnb charge. They don't want you to know about their fee and hope you don't realize it is there.

If you're looking for a nice home in a quiet little neighborhood to enjoy special time w/ family and friends, come visit our Flip Flop Inn or Pearl by the Sea, which is right next door! Our Story

We’re Bob and Susan and we’ve been married for over 40 years. Throughout our married life we have dreamed of owning a beach property we could call our own. In 1996, we took the leap and purchased a plot of sand in the Village of Stump Sound in North Topsail Beach. It remained an empty plot of sand until 2005 when we built our dream retirement home and gathering place for our extended family. The Flip Flop Inn was born, followed by her beautiful sister, Pearl By The Sea. We hope you will enjoy them as much as we do.
