To all of our renters and followers,

Due to required maintenance and a very strict timeline, it is with deep frustration that we will be closing down our unit from 7/17/21 to the end of November. The exterior of Villa Capriani will have ongoing work being preformed from June through December (weather permitting).

This work schedule was only given to us as of recent. We apologize in advance to the families who booked our unit last weeks of July and through August. Our rental agent has been notified and will be in contact with all of you ASAP!

Update for all our fans and visitors: Villa Capriani is in a HUGE state of rebuild! As for now, the entire complex is shut down until December as we are being told.
However, the 2020 Season will be one to look forward to as the complex will leap into action! Updates will be posted with pictures (if possible) as soon as they are sent to us.
