Oceana Cottages – Important Information for 2027 Reservations
The 2027 calendar is already set, and everyone who is here this season and has already made their reservation for next year is fully secured in their cottage.

For all other returning guests, please note the updated reservation process:

End of December: Deadline to confirm that you will be returning for the 2027 season.

End of January: Deadline to pay your deposit. This year, the deposit date will be strictly enforced.

When the reservation emails go out, you will receive a specific confirmation date and a specific deposit deadline. If these deadlines are not met, your cottage will be released to guests on the waiting list.

If you didn’t come this year but wish to return in 2027, please let us know right away so your cottage isn’t reassigned.

Thank you for helping us keep the booking process smooth and fair for everyone at Oceana Cottages. We look forward to another beautiful season together.

50th Anniversary Contest
For 50 years, the Mota family has welcomed guests to this quiet stretch of Cape Cod — first as White Village, now as Oceana Cottages. Half a century of sandy feet, salty breezes, childhood summers, and memories that still live in photo albums and hearts.
To celebrate this milestone, we’re inviting past guests to share the moments that made this place special. Whether you stayed here in 1976 or 2024, we’d love to see your photos, hear your stories, and honour the generations who helped shape our history.
And yes — we’re giving away three anniversary prizes:
