Stones Throw Cottage Stone’s Throw is a 1259 sq ft year around cottage originally built in 1945. We are located a stone’s throw from Webster Lake with beautiful views of the lake.

Our cottage has 2 bedrooms, 1 & 1/2 baths. It can accommodate six guests. washer/dryer, WiFi, fire pit

Summer is coming to an end but Webster Lake is still gorgeous! Our family enjoyed the cottage this weekend with lots of fishing, swimming, and relaxing.

Our swimming area is getting cleared out thanks to the new aerator. It pushes the weeds and muck out 75 feet.

Monday night’s storms gave our neighborhood a beating, will 80+ mile an hour winds. We had limbs take out the pier, big hickory limbs hanging above the cottage, and our big beautiful oak wanted to uproot. It was tipping towards the cottage! 😬 My Tree Climber came out on an emergency call and had to bring a 110’ crane. We feel truely blessed that we did not have more damage and the trees and limbs that were damaged could be safely removed.
We also have the best neighbors! Our flag pole snapped during the storm and our neighbors propped it up so the flag was not on the ground. 😊 They have also helped us clean up down by the lake.
We have a weekend filled with more clean up but we are beyond grateful and counting our blessings.
