UPDATES ON THE CONDO: For 2021 we have a number of improvements to share this offseason:
- New full HVAC installed (Heat and AC)
- New Hot Water Header installed
- 3 New queen beds, all the Four Seasons brand!
- New set of kitchen cookware (since more tenants cook-in during pandemic) and refreshed/reorganized kitchen supplies
- New slider door blinds to be installed (broke in '20)
- Refreshed some of the beach chairs
- New 'feet' on the dining room chairs (old ones were wearing out)
- Fixed loose Master bathroom towel rack, new shower curtains as usual
- Off season deep cleaning as usual

LAST WEEK LEFT for the 2021 season! 8/28 through late checkout on Labor Day 9/6 (9 nights) for $2,200 total. Ideal week for families with babies/toddlers as school is back in, weather is great and we include crib/highchair/etc for free!
