🇺🇸 What an Amazing 4th of July Celebration! 🇺🇸

Wow! We are overwhelmed by the incredible support and turnout for this year's 4th of July Celebration at Deer Park Resort!

This year, we had an amazing 253 RSVPs, making it one of our biggest celebrations yet! Thank you to all of our owners, families, and guests who joined us and helped make the day such a success.

From the foam party and Nerf battles to carnival games, crafts, tie-dye, delicious food, and great music, it was a day filled with laughter, smiles, and unforgettable memories.

A special thank you to our incredible Deer Park Resort staff and Studios2Go for all of the planning, preparation, and hard work that went into making this event possible. From setting up to keeping the activities running smoothly throughout the day, your dedication helped create a fun and memorable experience for everyone.

🎉 We'd also like to give a special shout-out to our Top 3 Scavenger Hunt winners! Congratulations on your great teamwork and detective skills! We hope you enjoy your well-earned ice cream gift cards. 🍦

🇺🇸 Only 22 days until Deer Park Resort's 4th of July Block Party! 🇺🇸

Join us on Saturday, July 4, from 10:00 AM–2:00 PM for a fun-filled day of carnival games, a foam party, Nerf battles, tie-dye, music, food, and more!

📋 Please RSVP by June 28 to help us plan for attendance, food, and supplies. If you plan to participate in the cookout, food selections can be made through the RSVP form. Payment for food must be completed with the Front Desk prior to receiving food at the event.

Join us for Candy Bar Bingo on Thursday, February 19, 2026, from 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM.

Entry Fee: One large candy bar per player
Location: Recreation Center

This event is open to Deer Park owners and registered guests only.
A valid Recreation Pass is required for entry.

We hope to see you there for a fun and sweet evening!

Our Early Bird New Year’s Eve Party was such a fun way to ring in the New Year—lots of laughs, great energy, and the perfect way to celebrate before bedtime!

Thank you to everyone who came out and helped make it such a great night. We loved celebrating with you and can’t wait for more fun events ahead in 2026! ✨🎉

Thank you to our amazing homeowners!

A heartfelt thank you to the homeowners at Deer Park for continuing their tradition of generously donating to Lincoln Woodstock Food Pantry at their annual homeowners meeting. This year, they donated over $4,200!

Thank you to all our Deer Park Resort owners and guests who joined us this past weekend for our annual 4th of July celebration. From the delicious BBQ and fun games to the laughter, music, and great company – it was a fantastic way to celebrate together.
