While there’s no bad view from any of our 15 Harborside Cottages, number eight, known as The Weaver, has a particularly enviable perch. This two-bedroom, two-bath retreat sits closest to the harbor of them all, with the waterfront just outside your door.

Step inside, and you’ll find vintage decoys, sporting-dog portraits, Victorian-era books, and Maine landscapes, each offering a clue about the cottage’s imagined inhabitant: an early-20th-century outdoorsman who built his sporting camp around a life spent fishing, hunting, reading, and roaming the Maine woods.
