The Merrybell Motel is a small roadside motel on RT1. The new owners have modernised the property and are offering affordable rooms and personal service.

We have limited availability this week. One room on Monday 11 August - one room on Wednesday 13 August and 2 rooms on Friday 15 August. Next week we have more availability if you are looking for a longer stay.

We get asked a lot if we are booked up for the summer yet. I always feel like my answer should be “yes”! And perhaps like we’re failing somehow as a business because we still have lots of availability.

This morning I woke up super early and had this thought that it’s also kind of nice that we are a place for the spontaneous traveler. The people that wing it and decide on a whim. Adventure awaits. Let’s go where the wind takes us.

Perhaps this allows us to imagine a different kind of life. A different kind of world. Where we create space to follow our instinct, our heart, our gut. Where we live in the moment and do what feels exactly right, right then and there.
