There's a difference between a welcome gift and a welcome experience and today's post is about how we create an experience..

The request: avoid nautical, stick to luxurious and soft, a local component is a must (requested: ATY bonbons) which was initially a challenge given the color of the box but we softened it up by removing their navy ribbon and replaced it with a soft, blush corner bow.

The rest was up to us. Every piece was chosen with intention to create an experience to align with the design:

A clear acrylic box was our vessel: Inspired by the stunning floor-to-ceiling windows at The Delamar. There's beauty outside and inside and this packaging was meant to reflect that.

A soft yet light blanket. Guests would be spending evenings outside by the water. It gets breezy in Mystic. They'd need it and they'd use it that night. Since this is a keepsake, we kept the color neutral to go with anyone's aesthetic.

The bonbons are from our favs over at because the location should always be part of the story PLUS these are an experience on their own!

The candle. Gorgeous, on brand, luxe. A santal & floral scented sensory memory to remind guests of the gorgeous blooms from the weekend long after it's over.

Finally, day of details and name personalization on the ribbon! Need I say more!

Spring gifting has a feeling right now... and it's one we're LOVING.

Swipe to see what we're noticing in our gifting world plus a few current favorites making it into our client builds and our personal lives.

▫Summer skin + beach spray → needs to be in every beachy welcome gift this season
▫Scent of the season → · Cliffwalk *throws head back* this scent warrants an audible gasp every single time
▫The bag that goes everywhere → .. light, waterproof, holds your entire life without destroying your shoulders. New obsession.
▫For our analog fam → + are my new power duo for productivity and life organization, and yes you can monogram
▫Quiet luxury in a box → ... honestly, if life is like THESE chocolates, it's heaven on earth. Dramatic? Yes. Accurate? Absolutely.

Our standard is high. We try, buy, and use before we ever recommend to a client.

Trendy vs Timeless: Wedding Merch Edition (bc merch is on the rise everywhere this year)

I actually love wedding merch when it’s done right.. and not overdone. Sweatshirts, hats and matchbooks are some of my favs.

They can make a wedding weekend feel layered, playful, and personal but the pieces should nod to the wedding without screaming it and please don’t overdue it.. it gets to be SO expensive and wasteful.

Some tips: If you’re designing wedding weekend merch, ask yourself:

• Would I wear this again next year?
• Would a guest pack this in their carry-on? Or leave it behind?
• Does this feel like a piece I would buy or a corny souvenir?

Over-branding at weddings can take a turn quickly so my advice is to leave the branding to a few key pieces.

Remember: Thoughtful always beats overdone.

Each order includes a curated selection of popular snacks + water, wrapped and finished with clean packaging so it feels like a warm welcome moment, not a last-minute task.

There's also flexibility in some ways to personalize it:
• Choose gift boxes or bags (we have black or white options!)
• Choose your ribbon color for boxes
• Select flat or sparkling water
• Use our welcome tags or send us your stationery to include
