We’re proud to be part of the Indy Pass family and love welcoming Indy Pass holders to Norway Mountain! 🏔️

We are thrilled to announce that we’re adding 50+ new resorts, and as a result, the Indy Pass will surpass 300+ ski areas for the 26/27 season. We’ll release the new resorts in batches over the next week, with a final (and big) announcement on Tuesday, September 8th.

These new resorts will give us the capacity to sell a limited number of additional passes, and we'll progressively notify people on the waitlist when their spot becomes available.

If you are on the waitlist, please keep an eye out for an email and text from us. If you, or someone you know, still needs an Indy Pass for this year, signing up for the waitlist is still your best bet. If any inventory remains, we’ll have a very short public sale on Sept. 8.

Our fully human and New Hampshire-based customer service team is here to help if you have any questions, and remember that passes will ship in November.

While we’ve grown a bit in the last 7 years, our goal remains the same: to empower more people to ski while supporting independent resorts and the communities around them. So whether it’s a new-to-you local gem or a far-away independent hideout, your purchase and use of an Indy Pass supports the independent and authentic side of skiing.

🔧 NOW HIRING: SEASONAL MECHANIC 🔧

Norway Mountain is looking to add a Seasonal Mechanic to our crew for the upcoming winter season!

📅 Season: October through the beginning of March
💰 Pay: Based on experience

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, mechanically inclined, and ready to help keep the mountain running all winter long.

Job duties may include:
• Maintenance and repairs on snowmaking equipment
• Ski lift and tow maintenance
• Small engine and equipment repairs
• Preventative maintenance
• Troubleshooting mechanical issues
• Assisting the mountain operations crew as needed

Experience with heavy equipment, hydraulics, electrical systems, small engines, welding, or general mechanical repair is a plus.

📣 NOW HIRING – ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

We’re looking to add an Administrative Assistant to our team at Norway Mountain! ⛷️🏔️

This is a part-time position averaging 20–30 hours per week. We’re looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable handling a variety of day-to-day office tasks.

Responsibilities may include:
• General office and administrative duties
• Answering emails and phone calls
• Data entry and record keeping
• Assisting with employee paperwork and onboarding
• Helping with scheduling and organization
• Assisting management with daily administrative needs
• Other duties as needed

We’re looking for someone who:
✅ Is organized and detail-oriented
✅ Has good communication skills
✅ Is comfortable using computers and basic office programs
✅ Can work independently and stay on task
✅ Is dependable and willing to jump in where needed

🕒 20–30 hours per week (days and times are flexible)

One of our biggest goals at Norway Mountain is to bring our community together, and we’re excited to start something new this fall!

Beginning Friday, September 18th, join us every Friday night from 6–10 PM for our Community Bonfire Nights! 🔥

Bring a chair, grab your friends and family, and spend the evening hanging out around the fire with people from our community. No big agenda—just a fun, relaxed place to get together and enjoy a Friday night!

🚨 PLEASE STAY OFF THE HILL 🚨

As our crew continues getting Norway Mountain ready for winter, there are many hidden hazards and active work areas throughout the hill.

Unfortunately, this side-by-side went around a gate and drove right past NO TRESPASSING signs. Those gates and signs are there for a reason — they apply to everyone.

⚠️ Equipment may be operating
⚠️ Cables, holes and other hazards may not be visible
⚠️ Crews are actively working throughout the property

For your safety and the safety of our employees, please do not go around gates, barriers or No Trespassing signs.

We’re working hard to get the mountain ready for an awesome winter. Please help us by respecting closed areas and staying off the hill until it is open to the public.
