We wanted to make an updated post to make it more efficient with time and so we can avoid unnecessary emails.
You must pass a background check. The background check is $50 to run. There is a deposit. We keep that as low as we can as well. It varies from $300 to $400 depending on the length of the lease and unit
Our rent varies from $575-$650 monthly, depending on the unit and length of the lease. It includes water up to $30 and electricity up to $50. Typically no tentant goes over that. It also includes trash. We also include free parking.
We do not included wifi or laundry mat. Why? Because we want to keep it affordable for needs. We do not allow dogs or pets. There are other options that may fit those needs better.
We are located in Notasulga, Al only a few minutes from Auburn.
There is a full bathroom, it comes furnished. There is a kitchenette so no full appliances.
We found that people who have the most questions, typically do not rent. Serious future tenants do their due diligent and are ready to move forward. This post helps all parties
