Americas Best Value Inn, Novato is seeking a team member to join our Front Desk department.
Position: Night Shift (12 Midnight - 8 am)
Must be available to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays
The following scope of duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Making hourly rounds throughout the building and parking lot
Greeting all guests
Responding to all phone calls appropriately
Taking and making reservations
Checking in guests
Maintaining a clean and organized lobby
Reporting to General Manager/Maintenance any conditions that need immediate attention.
Preferred Experience:
-Related experience in a fast paced environment
-Experience in hospitality settings preferred.
-Customer service skills
-Effective calendar management
-Effective verbal and written English
-Outgoing personality with a friendly
-Problem resolution skills
-Dependable and punctual
