CONGRATULATIONS TO MY AMAZING SELLERS. This wonderful family owned this house for the last several decades. It was so incredibly well maintained and cared for. They were sad to see it go but ready for their next adventure and to see the home go to someone new. After 3 days, 45 sets through and 19 offers they chose an offer significantly above asking and closed last week.
