July 26-August 29 - $2,250 + $150 cleaning fee
August 30 - September 6th - $1,500 + $150 cleaning fee
Sept 6-June 20 - $1,550 + $150 cleaning fee

Weekends Rentals Available September 6 - June 21 for $150 per night plus $150 cleaning fee.
