You loved yesterday's video so much that we wanted to share the raw footage of Joey Putnam winning with Lyin' Eyes on 6/16/26

One of the best parts of harness racing is the bond between horse and driver, and this video captures it perfectly. Listen closely and you'll hear Joey's heartfelt words to his horse: "Good job, baby."

Moments like these remind us just how much these horses mean to the people who care for and compete with them every day.

We’ll host our own Oak Grove Derby and Oak Grove Oaks consolation races, along with a full day of live racing, Derby fashion, and entertainment. To cap off the night, Jake Owen will perform live at the amphitheater.

The entry box will also close at that time for the Derby and Oaks consolation races, the Kentucky Sire Stakes 4-Year-Old Finals, and other Kentucky-bred 4-year-old events.
