If you choose to discharge fireworks, please remember:
🕕 Legal discharge hours:
6:00 PM on December 31 to 1:00 AM on January 1
✅ Only State-Legal Fireworks may be used, including:
• Novelties & smoke items
• Sparklers & spinners
• Cones & fountains
• Wheels
• Roman candles
• Multi-aerials & helicopters
• Reloadable mortars 1.75 inches or smaller
⚠️ Important notes:
• Some fireworks sold on Tribal Lands are legal only on Tribal Lands, including firecrackers, chasers, bottle rockets, missiles, and rockets.
• Some fireworks are illegal everywhere, including M-80s or larger, cherry bombs, tennis ball bombs, and altered fireworks.
