We had an issue with the pricing system here at the start of the year. Tried to keep the prices the same as last year but dynamic pricing shot them up through the roof. New living room furniture is in! Also new this fall: a pool heater for those off-season guests and fully upgraded AC system to better handle big groups this summer!! The water is seriously 85 degrees right now!!

Christmas/New Years week is still available If you’re looking for something a little different this year.

Need a big beach house for your vacation group next summer? The Summer Beach-house booking season is right around the corner, and with the craziness we saw in 2021, we wanted to give people some more time to plan. We have a few 2022 summer weeks open in Oak Island for next year. Some of our renters are here every year, and some use our home as a rotational reunion/summer vacay spot for bigger groups.

Available for 2022:
June 11-18
July 2-9(4th of july week)
July 16-23

As more summer weeks come and go, we expect a couple more weeks to open up as well, so let us know if you are looking for something specific for your group for next year.
