Did you know from November 16th - April 30th you can apply for beach bonfire permits through the town of OKI? Permits will only be approved 72 hours before the fire and winds must be under 15 MPH so plan accordingly! More information can be found at the web address below

Newest additions to ‼️ New living room furniture… Pirate themed with captains wheels as the pulls 🏴‍☠️ Refurbished wooden buoys with the house number and house longitude and latitude 🧭 and last but not least not one but TWO sea turtle nests on either side of the house. Hatching season runs through October beat the crowd and watch from the top deck 🏖 🐢 🌊 Master bedroom furniture and mattresses for the house on deck before floors go down 🚧

As the sun starts setting on the summer rental season we just wanted to give a huge 💜THANK YOU 💜 to all of our guests that stayed at this summer! With our last reservation pending we will finish the “peak season” with 100% occupancy and (so far) 100% satisfaction! For those coming in late July and August, we can’t wait to host you and for the ones that have already enjoyed the house we look forward to hosting many of you next year! Direct message us or follow the link below to enquire about the last remaining days of September! These are the last days available for 2022 as we have reached tentative agreements with guests for long term rentals from October 22nd - March 3rd 2023. Expect big changes to the property in 2023‼️ As renovations and upgrades are completed we will post them on here 😃

Already cleaned up from the beach and the kids want to go back to the water⁉️ No worries, right across the street from is Middleton Park where you will find the kids splash pad 💦 and outdoor concerts during the summers 🎶 💃 🏖
