***𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐓: Due to a forecast of inclement weather the Festival has been 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐃𝐔𝐋𝐄𝐃 to 𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟑, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, still to be held at the same time and location, from 𝐍𝐎𝐎𝐍 – 𝟓:𝟎𝟎 𝐏𝐌 in the 𝐌𝐢𝐝𝐝𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐤 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐱, located at 4610 E Dolphin Drive.

Not much better than a parade in February with weather forecast in the 60's. What are your favorite things about a parade? The Mardi Gras one at Oak Island has many golf cart entries which is pretty cool.

Today is ONE WEEK UNTIL the Mardi Gras Parade and Festival!!!!

The Parade starts at 11:00 AM near SE 64th Street (heading West down Oak Island Drive) -- with the Festival going from NOON – 4:00 PM in the Middleton Park Complex. There will be a pet costume contest at Middleton Park at 2:00 PM located at the stage.
Make plans now to attend this fun-filled, unofficial “kick off” for the Town’s many events this year!
