Paws N' Flip Flops Welcome to Paws N' Flip Flops on beautiful Oak Island, NC. Our dog friendly single level home with a fully fenced in back yard is the perfect place to relax.

And its only a 10 minute walk to the beach! This is our second home, and we love to spend time here with our two rescue dogs. We decided to open our home to guests (and their dogs) who like a cozy, single level home nestled in a quiet neighborhood with little traffic. We are just a 10 min walk from the beach (over a scenic walkway) or a 3 min walk to the Intra-Costal Waterway and an easy drive to

great restaurants and shopping. After a day of exploring all that Oak Island has to offer, shower off the sand in our outside hot/cold shower and relax in our fully enclosed back yard with a 6-foot privacy fence. If you bring your dogs, they will appreciate the shady backyard and the visiting squirrels. Hang out in the hammock or have a glass of your favorite beverage in our screened in patio. You can even stream your playlist on our outdoor blue tooth speaker. (Please remember that this is a quiet neighborhood). Our white picnic table is the perfect place for you to enjoy what the cook serves up on the gas BBQ. Our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home was built in 2018 and is mostly carpet-free (luxury vinyl plank floors). Our Home is perfect for small families, girls or guys weekends, or couple getaways. It is just not for smoking, loud parties and inconsiderate people. If you are prone to either, please don’t make a reservation.

MEET BOOMER. We bet there's an entire generation of people out there wanting to be besties with BOOMER here! You feel like a kid again hanging out with this handsome, athletic guy! BOOMER is a social guy, so parties are a Yes! and he enjoys his snacks, so he'll be easily motivated to learn all he needs to know to keep up with the times! Treeing Walker Coonhounds are fun to have around; their desire to please is generally one of their strengths, so BOOMER will do his best to be a valued member of the family!

Introducing MOLLY! By Golly, we Love Miss MOLLY! She is a gorgeously marked tri-color Mystery Mix with a charming personality and a great attitude! As a teenage pup, she may still grow a bit, so we expect a mid-size girl who is a fast learner, as she loves her treats! We expect she would do well with a pup-friendly doggie sibling to learn from, or as a solo dog, being the center of your universe! Come on by and play with this sweetie for a while; she'd love to make you her good buddy!

Introducing JANE. Lovely lady JANE is about 4 years old with a calm, collected disposition. She seems to be a Retriever/Shorthair Pointer type, and enjoys a tasty treat now and then. A real striking looking standout, JANE is easy to fall for, and she's more than ready to choose her new people.

He's a happy waggy young boy when he meets new people, and he's attentive to everything that's going on. Introducing ZEUS. What a love! Handsome Retriever mix ZEUS is a super 3 year old, a really nice boy! He's on the large size, about the size of a Golden Retriever, but he knows how to be calm, and he's attentive to what's going on and a pleasure to spend time with. Stop by to meet him, but be ready to fall in love....our volunteer walkers will tell you all about why Mr. Z is the real deal!

Introducing NICK! What a looker this young man is! NICK is only about 4 months, but already shows signs of being a large dog when all grown up. Probably a mix of many breeds, from mid-size like Hound or Pit to large breeds like a Dane or Mastiff. NICK is friendly, even-tempered, but still a baby so wants someone who will show him the ropes, and could even benefit from the encouragement of another dog in the home. We love his sweet personality and we think he's a real superstar!

Introducing COCO. We call sweet COCO our mini-Pittie mix girl. She's barely mid-size, a happy tiny girl, and quick to smile and say hello. Easily motivated by tasty treats, she will be a fun one to train and success should come quickly! Cutie COCO won't take up much room anyplace except in your heart!
