Staying or playing on Caswell Beach? If so, please be on the lookout for any Portuguese Man-of-War jellyfish. There are reports of them washing up on Caswell and Town officials have issued the following warning:

"...These creatures are highly venomous and their tentacles can deliver painful stings that cause whip-like welts. Never touch them, even if they are washed up on the sand and appear dead, as the tentacles can still sting."

Our recommendation: Stay Alert, Steer Clear, Call for Assistance if Stung.
