Beautiful custom built historic cabin getaway overlooking beautiful mountain vistas with outstanding views of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, only 10 miles from Yosemite's south entrance, just off hwy 41. Great convenient, central location to Yosemite, Bass Lake, & Oakhurst, all only minutes away, yet away from all the bustling crowds. Our unique 'Lodging House' business model gives guests a nice mix of an Inn/B&B & cabin rental experience for less than the cost of a hotel room & far less than an actual cabin rental. We offer 4 rustic elegant en suite cabin rooms, which are rented individually on a nightly basis with full access to the rest of the cabin's common areas, very similar to a B&B. What separates us from them is that the cabin's full kitchen can be used to cook all meals too. The cabin's common areas are - Full kitchen access (stocked with lots of free breakfast items / drinks), Lodge style Great Room centered around large granite fireplace / big screen TV, large covered wrap around deck with lots of outdoor seating / beautiful mountain view / 5 burner propane gas BBQ grill, dining room table seating for 6, kitchen island seating for 3, laundry room, private secluded 2 acres (with trampoline, playground, basketball for kids too), free covered parking, etc (click the 'Amenities'link on our website for more).
We live in a separate smaller home behind the cabin so guests have more privacy, yet we're still onsite for anything needed. If interested, we also offer a concierge type of service & enjoy helping guests maximize their visit to Yosemite / Sierra National Forest with tips & free maps too.
