91-year-old Ms. Nu Zhen Yu, who believes the secret to her longevity is gratitude, staying active in community life, and cherishing meaningful moments.
Ms. Yu won a village essay competition twice and used her prize money to buy two beautiful dresses for special occasions. After her husband passed away, she overcomes loneliness through our owner, Mr. Bill Langelier’s village activities, where she found joy, friendship, and purpose again.
Her story is inspiring and reflects the power of gratitude, resilience, and an active lifestyle.
