I drove for a living for 25 years locally and the Pacific Northwest. Also since the 9/11 wars in the Middle East.
In the city streets and highway I would see these crosses on the side of the roads. They will have flowers, candles and have a pictures. See them on TV overseas showing war zone streets. I always wanted to know who these people were. Inspired me to write a song for people that one of their family unexpectedly. By drunk driver, drive shootings and car bombs in the war.
It’s a little sad song, but it pay tribute for the loss and fallen ones.
