I am so proud to say that both of my parents were teachers in Marion County, Florida. They worked so hard and dedicated so much to their students every single school year, even when it was hard. I have also been so unbelievably lucky that my own kids have had the privilege of experiencing some truly amazing teachers this past school year. When I wrote the above words, I had no idea that cancer would put to the test all of my beliefs, and teachings.

Today, I read back over my writings and feel the tears prick my eyes because
IT STILL STANDS.

The journey of meeting yourself deeply, embodying your fullness and wholeness, valuing pleasure and bliss, and choosing to let yourself out of all the cages they built for you IS ONLY MORE RELEVANT and worth it when faced with adversity.

Is thriving possible in the midst of a 4th stage cancer diagnosis?
It’s not only possible, it’s appropriate.
And it fits like slipping into an oversized T-shirt, or a well worn pair of jeans, or your favorite silk slippers.

The reason I can walk this path with confidence and serenity is because of the journey I have taken, the the tools I have learned to wield, the TRUST I have forged within myself.

I bring all of this to my containers I hold for women. This is *not* a magic pill, this is *not* a run of the mill plant medicine ceremony.
This is my blood, sweat, tears, LOVE and PASSION channeled into a container that allows women to unfold into their own self-embodiment.

Real life brings unexpected things like divorce, like cancer, like bankruptcy.
You need an inner liberation, an inner awakening, an inner TRUST, and an inner grace for those moments.

This is what we are cultivating space for at Stripped: The Retreat.

I never do retreats half hearted. This retreat will not be offered this way at this price point again. It’s the first time Lindsey Flora and I are collaborating together, and we are offering this amazing price point along with the opportunity to be among the first women to attend Stripped (which we hope to be able to host again together in the future.)
