I have a lovely house, Sunny Day Chalet, 3 houses from the Ocean!! Located on Fire Island at Ocean Beach, New York. It's 3 bedrooms/2 bath, huge back deck, front yard, etc. and it's just steps from the Ocean. AC in every room, 1 queen bed room and 2 bunk bed rooms, perfect for families, no cars, just relaxation!! Everything you need will be waiting for you!

Rentals are from Monday to Sunday. There is a cleaning fee of $350. Dogs must be pre approved, no puppies allowed. It is $150 for the first dog and $50 for a second dog. A $2,000 fully refundable damage deposit is required, a week before.

Weeks available:
Prior to June 15 weeks are: $3,500
June 15 to 21: $4,000
June 22 to 28: $4,500
July 13 to 19: $5,000
August 17 to 23: $5,000
August 24 to 30: $5,000
August 31 to 6: $5,000
September 9 on is $3,500.

Situated by the sea, this vacation home is within a 10-minute walk of Ocean Beach and Great South Bay. Atlantique Beach and Ho-Hum Beach are also within 15 minutes.

I have a house at Ocean Beach, 3 houses from the Ocean!!! Perfect for families, called Sunny Day Chalet! It's 3 bedroom, 2 bath (including outdoor shower and outdoor water closet), AC in every room, huge back deck (including couch and BBQ), front porch and just 3 houses from the Ocean! The master bedroom has AC, a queen bed, and TV. The second bedroom has AC and a full over a full. Third bedroom has AC and a single over a full.

Rentals begin on Monday and ends on Sunday.

Some of the amenities that are included: a wagon waiting for you at the ferry, WiFi, smart TVs, 4 AC units, Washer/Dryer, BBQ, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, bath towels, all utensils, plus more.

Summer weeks still available. I have all of June until July 3, July 17- 23 and from July 31st until August 20 is AVAILABLE. Weeks are Monday to Sunday at $6,000 a week plus $350 cleaning fee plus security deposit. Pets must be pre approved.
