The Palms Hotel Fire Island

A nor’easter, flooding, a little chaos… and then THIS. 🤍🥂🌊

What a way to end the season! Congratulations to the perfect couple, surrounded by an awesome group of family and friends who definitely knew how to celebrate!

And to our incredible staff — THANK YOU. After a week of battling flooding, cleaning up the storm's havoc, and working tirelessly to get everything back together, you somehow made it all look effortless.

We survived the nor’easter, pulled off a beautiful wedding, and ended the season exactly the way we should — with one heck of a party! 💍🥂

Now THAT’S a season finale. ❤️

And so it begins… One by one our amazing staff begin to pack their bags, take one last walk to the ferry and head back to college, home or whatever comes next. They are truly the heart and soul of The Palms Hotel. The smiles behind the front desk, the muscle behind the luggage carts, the problem solvers, the memory makers, and the occasional reason we need an extra cup of coffee. We are not quite ready to say goodbye, but we are incredibly grateful for every one of them. The hotel won’t be the same without them. Safe travels, make us proud and don’t forget where your summer home is! ♥️

We’re not matchmakers…but we’re pretty good at helping with proposals. Another unforgettable “YES” at Palms Bay beach. There’s nothing we love more than helping our guests create memories. Congratulations to this newly engaged couple! We were honored to be part of your moment. 💍

She said YES! 💍 When our guest came to us at the last minute asking for help to create the perfect beach proposal, there was only one answer we could give… YES! We were thrilled to be part of such a special moment. Congratulations to the happy couple! 💍

We thought our guests were checking in for a beach getaway. Turns out they were looking for courtside seats. When they asked for a watch party for the Knick game, we turned the courtyard into a sports bar! 🏀 palmshotelfireisland
