Our parkside condo, which has been professionally decorated and furnished, is meticulously clean, and located in the quiet section of North Ocean City. It offers a well maintained and fully equipped kitchen, a new Samsung LED 50' flat screen TV with DVD player in the LR, two (2) new Samsung LED flat screen TVs in each of the bedrooms, full size washer / dryer, and Free Wi-Fi. The master suite has a king size bed, large walk-in closet, separate double sink vanity/make up area, and newly remodeled walk in shower. The guest bedroom offers a full size bed along with a twin bed. In the living room there is a queen size sofa sleeper.

Have cocktails on the balcony during sunset because “It’s five o’clock somewhere.” The storage room has for your use: five (5) beach chairs, two (2) beach umbrellas, four (4) boogie boards, three (3) noodles, two (2) crab traps, two (2) crab nets, and a large bucket full of sand toys. So, bring your sunscreen, beach towels, and linens and come and enjoy your beach vacation! Check out our YouTube video 'Lorelei II Beach & Bay'. There is private off street covered parking for two (2) vehicles and plenty of extra parking available on the street. Sorry, no pets due to a condo policy and there is no smoking on the premises.

The yard is 58 acres better known as Northside Park located directly across the street and offers crabbing, fishing, kayaking along with the walking/jogging paths, biking, children’s playground, yoga area, free exercise/fitness equipment, rest rooms, grilling facility, and a pavilion. A perfect location for out of town visitors participating in softball, lacrosse, and soccer tournaments. Every Sunday (July-August) enjoy “Sundaes in the Park” where musical groups perform for free, kids make their own Sundaes and evening fireworks. On the 4th of July and New Year's Eve experience front row seats to the fireworks from your vacation rental. The “Winterfest of Lights” (Late Nov. – Jan. 1) will delight your children.
