Recently renovated garage cottage sleeps 7 including the queen sleeper sofa in living room, master with queen bed, upstairs 2-section dormer with 2 twin beds in one section and 1 twin bed in the other section (see pictures). Unit has a fully furnished kitchen, washer and dryer, 2 TV with cable and DVD, WIFI and comes with 2 beach tags. Tags are needed for ages 12 and up. This unit also includes a Pack and Play, booster seat, gas grill, outside table in courtyard, private outside shower and a hose area for washing off the sand. Dogs under 50 lbs. allowed for an additional fee. Perfect for your family to have an affordable vacation…Come play in the sun!
