OCMD Condo

OCMD Condo Our condo is an ocean front studio space with a full kitchen and one bathroom. There is room for four with a queen sized bed and a couch bed. No pets please.

Some of the amenities include an outdoor pool, showers, a spacious sun deck, and walk out level to the ocean! Our mattresses are plastic protected. Please bring your own own linens, towels, and bed pillows. We do have some beach chairs, umbrellas, movies, games, and books. We have cable TV and VCR with a 32” screen TV .

I love the privacy screen! Let the kiddos sleep with an ocean breeze and listening to the rain 🩷

When you visit OCMD, I highly recommend the OC Rocket boat tour (wear your bathing suit and leave towels in the car. You’re gonna get wet!!), Sunday summer concerts in Northside park, and sunrises and tea! 🏖🎁
