For any past, current or future guests....we are a smoke free building. That means no smoking (ci******es, pot, etc...) or va**ng.

Our wonderful cleaning team walked in the condo today with it smelling like w**d then found the evidence. They needed to air the condo out & use a special cleaner.

We are very disappointed.

Heads up to anyone who rents through Airbnb. They are now automatically adding their fees into the daily rates set up by owners vs showing potential renters what their fees are when added at the end.

Disappointing because it will affect our rates without us even knowing exactly how much they're adding on (15-20% usually) & may cause potential renters to not even consider us.

Even more reason to book direct!
