Winter has been mild so far...which just makes me look forward to warmer weather even more! We are now available for reservations at the condo! Here's our video again for quick reference. Message me with your requests. The pool opens after Memorial Day and you can bring your dog onto the beach from Sept. 2 - April 30.

2023 Rates are as follows:
Feb-April: $50/night
May 1 - May 25: $75/night
May 26 - June 30: $150/night
July - August $200/night

Rates do not include a housekeeping fee of $100 and any applicable OC tax. Two-night minimum stay off-season; Week-long stays in July/August are preferred. Weeks are preferred for peak season.. 10% discount for 7-day stay. Housekeeping includes cleaning + towel/linens. Let me know if you have questions!

We snagged some new items for the condo. A bike, a new patio table, an air fryer, and a new microwave! We still need to install the new micro but still excited! We were down at the beach this weekend and visited the northside park and the dog park on 90th St. they were awesome!

I had the pleasure of spending last weekend with my friend Lois at the beach. We were celebrating the end of her treatments, and we went to Fager’s Island to watch the sunset. Luckily the dining area was nearly empty and we were able to eat in peace. We walked on the beach every day and played Yahtzee at night. Normally I run down to the Uber bagels and pick up a dozen bagels. My new fav is the rosemary sea salt. One new Restaurant we tried called Coastal Salt, was on the boardwalk, not far down, about a block north of the Starbucks. Amazing.We tried an app of fried deviled eggs with whipped egg and bacon bits and a beet salad with frufru drinks. OMG they were phenomenal, very  decadent. We had a great lunch in the open air, And didn’t mind it was a little chilly. We also went exploring, looking for thrift stores and antique stores and stumbled across this Thrift store about to close, so we popped in and sure enough I found the lamp I’ve been looking for for the condo! It was a lot of fun. We laughed constantly! What a restorative girls trip. What a wonderful four days.

Anyone interested in a free weekend at the beach THIS weekend?

I'm looking for someone who could drag these two pieces of furniture out to the front of our building for bulk pick up on Sat morning the 26th. The side table's no big deal, but our bad backs won't allow us to do the dresser (without the drawers, it's better). Message me if you are interested in doing this and then enjoying the weekend n/c. :)

Great news--The new condo is ready for visitors! If you are interested in renting our place, give me a call or send a message and I'll let you know if it is available. I don't know about you, but I'm really looking forward to warmer weather.

-April / May: $50/night - A note that the pool is currently being renovated and so it will not be available.
-June/July: $150/night
-August $200/night
