The Town of Ocean City is aware of a post circulating social media about a curfew on the Boardwalk. This information is false.

There is NO curfew in place on the Boardwalk. Our Boardwalk remains open for residents and visitors to enjoy responsibly.

We encourage everyone to rely on official Town communication channels for accurate and up-to-date information.
