Do you know someone looking for a place to stay this winter? A traveling nurse or a contractor in the area for work? We have 3 apartments for rent on short term basis for long term prices. Enjoy the quiet of the off season beach life for two or three weeks for less!!! This is a great opportunity to individuals that work remote as well to experience OC in a new way.

This is an "efficiency" apartment but don't let that fool you. This is a spacious studio in a beautiful downtown location. You will be less than a block to the beach and boardwalk. This location has a full kitchen and king sized bed. ALL utilities are included.

The Atlantic House is under contract to be sold in a few short weeks. The new owner will not be taking reservations or hosting guests. (Unless the business plan changes.)
This is a final opportunity to stay with us and at the Atlantic House before the transition of ownership.
