clear days near 100 square miles of ocean is visible, bring binoculars enjoy seeing the shore and sea birds, occasional dolphins, the secretive whales and 8 or 9 miles of beach with sand, umbrella and people. During the day any number of aircraft fly over the ocean at or below the sunrise balcony. The second balcony off the second bedroom has expansive view of Assawoman Bay, downtown and North Ocean City, Ocean Pines, restaurants and attractions then after a spectacular Sunset there is the view of Ocean City after dark and when available fireworks all the way from downtown to Northside Park. As of this post this penthouse is open for Thursday 4th of July weekend. Where the ocean front views are the greatest for watching fireworks on the beach. From the bay side great views of North Park, Ocean Pines, Secrets and Downtown OCMD fireworks.
The living room patio balcony has expansive views of the Atlantic Ocean, downtown Ocean City, North Ocean City beaches and the first view of Sunrise in Ocean City - and on the 4th and once a week fantastic views of Fireworks all around.
Sleeps 6 comfortably.
Master bedroom with master bath and full wall of glass oceanfront views of the ocean, the beaches and Sunrise.

The living room and the master bedroom have full wall glass windows with expansive views of the Atlantic Ocean, downtown Ocean City, all North Ocean City beaches and the first spectacular view of Sunrise. On clear days near 100 square miles of ocean is visible. Bring binoculars enjoy the shore and sea birds, occasional dolphins, the secretive whales and 8 to 9 miles of beach with surf & sand, umbrellas and people. During the day any number of aircraft fly over the ocean at or below the sunrise balcony. The sunset balcony is off the second bedroom with ‘million dollar’ view of Assawoman Bay, downtown OC and North Ocean City, Ocean Pines, Restaurants and Attractions. Then after a spectacular Sunset there is the view of Ocean City after dark.
This unit is the best location for observing Fireworks at the inlet. On the 4th of July Fireworks observable from the sunrise balcony on the beach by the Clarion Resort, by Princess hotel and by other public/private ventures. From the sunset balcony Northside park by OC, Ocean Pines, Berlin, Downtown at the inlet by OC and any number of public/private displays over the bay.
